[Evergreen-acq] Deducting money from a fund and a fund source

Hi all,

As we discussed at the meeting yesterday, I'm sharing my documentation for
how to deduct money from a fund and a fund source. When you deduct from a
fund, it goes back to the fund source. If you deduct from a fund source, it
is entirely removed.
