[Evergreen-acq] Long time creating queues?

Ours can take a long time, too, so I have my libraries load to a selection
list, too, mainly because it's easy for them to find. I tell them to watch
if the lineitems say "link to catalog" or "catalog" for a clue as to when
the bib processing is finished. I have them do their checking in a new tab
and leave the loader tab alone, so we haven't run into terminating the
queue processing early.
