[Evergreen-acq] Stock acquisitions permissions

Hi,

I'd like to call your attention to the following Launchpad bug that I
opened just now:

It concerns adding more permissions to the stock Acquisitions and
Acquisitions Administrations profiles, and the discussion would benefit
from the input of people who have set up permissions for acquisitions users.
