[Evergreen-acq] Ordering a mix of print books and ebooks with EDI turned on

It was the vendor's (Proquest Coutts) idea, so I can't take credit!  Yes,
they stuff the platform and license information into a single 5-character
string in a subfield. An example is EBC1U for Ebook Central 1-user license.

I think we will just receive the line items right away upon activating the
order.  It's an extra step, but then it won't show up on any of our reports
of items we're waiting for.  But still TBD. :-)
