[Evergreen-acq] Purchase Order angular patch ready to test

Good morning,

Bill Erickson's feature branch for the new Angular purchase order, etc. is
now loaded and up on my test server.

Here's the link to the Feedback Fest spreadsheet, which has both the info
for my test server + the link to the LP bug to leave feedback.

I noticed this as I was kicking the tires making sure I applied everything
correctly--

When you're doing searches (line item, PO, etc.) it still defaults to send
you to the old Dojo PO style. Make sure that you click the "Activate
Experimental Links" ticky so that it will send you to the new PO style. I
completely missed that at first and was very confused.

Also remember that this isn't fully featured--Equinox is contracted to
build this out to its final form. So there may be some things that are
missing. So I suppose the directive for testing is, "if it's there, it
should work."

Interfaces that should have some changes to test are purchase orders,
selection lists, and the View/Place Orders button in the catalog. There may
be more that I've forgotten, but I know those at least.

If you have any trouble with anything server-wise, please let me know.
Feedback about the patch itself can be left on the LP bug.
