[Evergreen-acq] Wishlist Bug for Combining Load MARC Order Records and MARC Batch Import/Export

Hi everyone,

Here's the wishlist bug that came out of the discussion during the AIG  
meeting about potentially combining the Load MARC Order Records  
interface with the Angular MARC Batch Import/Export interface instead  
of creating a new separate angular interface for it.
