[Evergreen-acq] Old bug--still around?

Good morning everyone,

With the updates from bug squashing coming in my email, I happened to
notice this one come along:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1742785

Has anyone still seen this happening recently? It looks like it was
inconsistent before anyway--I don't think I've ever seen it--but Blake
wondered if it might already be fixed as a result of a different bugfix.

If the consensus is that this doesn't still seem to be happening, I can
change the bug status. (I'll also check with Blake, but I wanted to see if
y'all have seen it.)
