[Evergreen-acq] Settings on Load MARC Order Records

Oh, I'd forgotten about that suggestion! I really like the idea of the same
hiding options like Holdings Editor. It's been awhile since I've tinkered
with the Holdings Editor--can you globally choose what to hide, or does
each user have to do it themselves?
John: I feel kinda like a dummy asking this, but how are they getting
on-order copies into the catalog without using purchase orders?
