[Evergreen-acq] Settings on Load MARC Order Records

Tiffany, our order-only libraries generally use Selection Lists to house
their items. SLs are much more malleable. Items are easier to delete and
update, and so is the SL itself. POs are not, so they are generally
reserved for those who track Funds and/or use EDI. PO ID is also included
in the EDI messages sent to the vendor. Some vendors have character limits
for PO ID/Name, so the lower we can keep our IDs, the better.
