Elizabeth,
At this point, yes. It’s a way to track when a follow-up action has been done for an item that isn’t received or is received in a way other than expected (duplicate, damaged, etc.).

Hello
We’re testing out 3.9 and the new Acquisitions menus, but I’m wondering if someone would explain Claiming. I read various versions of documentation but the best I can figure out is that it’s just a policy that tells the staff to manually do something, like call a vendor?
Thank you,
Elizabeth Davis
