[Evergreen-acq] Deactivating EDI accounts

Good morning,

What's your preferred way of deactivating an EDI account? They can't be
deleted once they've been used, but we don't want to allow orders out or
order responses/invoices in going forward.

Trying to decide what should be my standard MO for these, and I'm
interested what others do.
