[Evergreen-acq] PO delete script

Good morning,

At the last AIG meeting, Jennifer Pringle had suggested adding a link on
the long-standing PO deletion bug to the PO deletion script that PINES
created: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1286340

I just added that link in the bug, so if you're interested you're welcome
to forward to your sysadmin to see if it might work for you.
