[Evergreen-acq] B&T FTP/EDI Issues (Beware the acronym)

For anyone still missing any EDI invoices from B&T, I spoke to them today
via email and it looks like the FTP server transfer is complete but their
IT department is still working on uploading invoices that were generated
during the downtime. So if you're still missing EDI invoices, that may be
why.
