[Evergreen-acq] Diagram feedback

Good morning,

Can I crowdsource some feedback?

I recently made a new Acq workflow diagram for our PINES documentation
wiki, and I was thinking about submitting it to the official EG docs.

Would you all take a look and tell me if there's anything missing that you
think should be included? The only thing I know I haven't included is a
workflow that considers selection lists. Do you think I should add that, or
is this a general enough workflow that it's okay to exclude?

Should I include a legend for the color coding, or does it make sense
without one? Green=actions EG takes, blue=actions the user takes,
red=vendor actions, yellow triangle=decision point.
