[Evergreen-acq] EDI Attributes

I had thought we did not use JEDI, since we came live in Evergreen with the
web client in 2019, and all configurations I've done have used EDI
Attributes. But I happened to be looking into a problem with an order this
morning, and noticed that an order has a JEDI message, and that we do, in
fact have the a/t PO JEDI enabled. Apparently they can run concurrently?
Does this explain random weirdo issues we sometimes have?

I was not involved in the original ACQ configuration or ILS migration, and
basically feel like acquisitions is quicksand!
