[Evergreen-acq] Sending only ISBN13 in EDI

Good afternoon all,

This is completely escaping me at the moment. One of our vendors is
specifying that they can only receive ISBN13 values and not ISBN10. If a
record for a lineitem has 2 ISBN values, the first one is the one that's
encoded to send in EDI, and that's often the ISBN-10 that comes first.

How can I specify that ISBN-13's should be sent when available? We're using
EDI Attributes. Also, to introduce a restriction--I don't want to have to
manually set the identifier for each line item.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
