[Evergreen-acq] Selection List loading issues 3.11

Hi Samantha,

When we upgraded we ran into issues with adding line items to selection lists and viewing selection lists.  We discovered that the angular selection list interfaces look at some permissions that the dojo interface didn't and that our selector accounts didn't have.

For our selectors we had to add UPDATE_PICKLIST and ACQ_SET_LINEITEM_IDENTIFIER for selection lists to work.
UPDATE_PICKLIST was necessary so they could add line items via View/Place Order. ACQ_SET_LINEITEM_IDENTIFIER was necessary so they could see line items on the selection list that were created via brief order.

We couldn't replicate at first because our troubleshooting accounts had a higher level of permissions than our selector accounts.

Not sure if this is what your library is encountering but definitely worth checking.  Hope this helps,

Has anyone else experienced issues where Selection Lists only partially load in 3.11? We only have one library that regularly uses Selection Lists as part of their acquisitions workflow and they are experiencing widespread problems with loading. I cannot replicate this: all my attempts to load the same lists work perfectly fine. They have tried resetting and clearing site data. They have checked it in an incognito window and on Microsoft Edge and continue to experience the same issues. Is this something anyone else has seen in 3.11?
