[Evergreen-acq] Encumbering processing charges

Good morning!

Can I ask how/if anyone is encumbering processing charges?

We have one library where the line item price is Item Price+Processing Fee,
but then when the EDI invoices come in it automatically adjusts the debit
to Item Price only and a direct charge needs to be added onto the invoice
to account for processing fees.

This works fine in theory, but becomes a huge confusing pain when trying to
untangle anything afterward.

So I'm wondering if there's a better way to encumber processing charges?
