[Evergreen-acq] New Evergreen library -- Questions about ACQ module w/o EDI

Karen,

While I use EDI, I don't think it would be that hard to use the Acq module
without EDI.  I believe Kate at Jefferson County has been doing it for a
couple of years.  Trails Regional might be also.
