[Evergreen-acq] Anyone using 3.13?

I can use the Delayed Backorder reason (Keep Debit = t) but if I use a
reason where Keep Debit = f, it fails.

I've read that ticket and referred to our Evergreen support team, but was
asked to post on this list.
