[Evergreen-acq] PO prices mapping to invoices; No thank you!

We have 3.13 on our test server now, and I find we're mapping PO prices to
invoices, which I said in LP
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1377199 we would not want at all.
Our libraries create POs with full list prices and invoices with discount
prices, so they will have to manually change the prices on this new version
of the invoice. I'd rather the price fields on the invoice were left blank
as they always have been.  I checked to see if there was a library setting
to control this, and found nothing. Is there any way we can get a choice in
this?
