[Evergreen-acq] EDI CLS Services with Baker & Taylor

Good afternoon!

We are trying to assist one of our member libraries in setting up their EDI to work with Baker and Taylor's CLS service. The problem we are running into is their GIR+LST is used for INCLUDE_LOCATION/INCLUDE_EMPTY_LOCATION attributes while Evergreen's EDIWriter.pm file has it set to GIR+LFH.

Has anyone else in the community set this up with Baker & Taylor, and if so, did you have trouble doing so?
