We have one library that is doing this, but they run into the issue outlined in this LP bug: </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1709472">https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1709472</a></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">Basically until they completely remove the direct charge on the PO they're being double-billed, as the charge is on both the PO and the invoice. There is no link between them to reduce the PO's direct charge in proportion to the direct charges on the invoice.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">Has anyone found a workaround for this, or do you just not encumber processing/cataloging on your purchase orders?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br>Thanks!<br>Tiffany</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><div>--</div>
