I view sources and funds kinda like lakes. Whatever you throw into them becomes part of the associated lake. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000">Reporting wise, I guess you might be able to use a combination of allocation notes and line item notes to track money from one spot to the next, but that doesn't seem very efficient.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000">Our libraries wanting to do something like this usually just have a secondary fund like you mention for the grant money if it needs to be tracked separately. Like Adult, Adult-Grant.
