We haven't heard from any of acq our libraries about queues taking a  <br>

We frequently run into the Load MARC Order interface timing out  <br>

libraries to search for pending POs after about 5 minutes if the load  <br>
interface doesn't complete so I think we'd be getting tickets if the  <br>
queues were taking as long as you're seeing.<br>
