(Like not including whether or not uploading the cart includes 9xx info to prepopulate the PO.)</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">Now as I'm about to say this, know that I am a sucker for a flowchart, but what about another--more detailed--chart for each of those areas? So like for receiving, that blue "Mark Items Received" can really be expanded out into *how* you can receive, and there's like 4 different ways to do it. So like for receiving from the invoice, the next point would skip straight to "Confirm accuracy of EG invoice" as far as user actions. And the Selection area would end up having more yellow decision points, like "Assign branch/fund/etc info on vendor website?" with what happens if you do/don't do that.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">Maybe?</div><div class="gmail_default" I agree with Mary, I think it's a good representation of the general <br>
steps and definitely include the legend for the colour coding.<br>

I don't think selection lists need to be included since the feedback <br>
we've gotten through the AIG is that they're rarely used.<br>

The only question I have is around Receiving/Invoicing. The workflow <br>
that we recommend to our libraries is to receive via the invoice so <br>
they're checking the invoice and receiving the items together. Not <br>
sure if it would make sense to show that those two pieces often go <br>
together?<br>
