I was wondering if placing the Invoicing row above the Receiving row makes sense, or, if it would be simpler to chalk it up to "local practices may vary". </div><div><br></div><div>I do like the idea of also having more expanded/detailed workflows as well (I am also a sucker for a good flow chart!)</div><div><br></div><div>Otherwise, this workflow is great.
