[Evergreen-admin] Adding a new facet

Hi, Glenn.

My mistake - my own messages I sent and all the responses were filtered into my junk folder by MS Outlook. I didn’t realize that right away.

I will try this list first for system topics like this, then maybe use the development list as plan B.
