[Evergreen-catalogers] alternative method for labels?

Hi,
 
At LBCC library, we are just beginning to use Evergreen ILS for cataloging. We need to print pocket labels, so we traditionally used an inkjet to prepare our labels.
 
Is anyone else printing labels to an inkjet? We would be so grateful if we could have some guidance to set up labels. 
 
Off the top of my head I am thinking I could just use Microsoft Word to prepare the labels?
