[Evergreen-catalogers] General info on working with profiles

Hi Tanya,

I can try to answer your questions, but I would recommend that you e-mail
them to the entire list so that everyone can benefit from the answers. If
you have questions, it is likely others will too. The settings in the batch
importer/exporter can be confusing. It took me some time to understand them.
