[Evergreen-catalogers] CatExpress and Cataloging Subscription Service from OCLC

We use CatExpress and I download the records to my desktop and then import.  This way we get the information and are good OCLC citizens.

Does CatExpress work with Evergreen? I was told at one point that it did not. Also does using Z39.50 to transfer records form OCLC's cataloging subscription service work?
