At the moment, the MARC stream importer that one can use to push
records from Connexion into Evergreen only handles bib records.  I
don't think it would be hard to extend it to be able to import
authority records, but doing so would require development.

As far as the port is concerned, that's arbitrary -- you can set the
MARC stream importer to use any port that isn't already in use, and
enter the port into the Connexion client.
