[Evergreen-catalogers] Quick poll for Evergreen bug: Fixed fields are required to have all positions entered

Simon Mai has contributed a fix for this issue!! PINES will test as soon
as we have an opportunity. We are in the midst of preparing for our
upgrade and I will check if we can add this patch to our test server
