[Evergreen-catalogers] FAST subject headings

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for your response. I'm trying to figure out if I can get the loader
in Evergreen to automatically strip them as the records are loaded. I don't
want to set it up to simply strip tag 650, for obvious reasons, but I can't
figure out if I can tell it to strip the 650 only if it contains subfield 2
with the value "fast."

I've been stripping them. They do seem redundant, and to my mind, even if
they were useful in the future, they'd be much more useful if they were in
all records, rather than just those added from late 2013 onward.
