[Evergreen-catalogers] How to display a bib record's Database ID to "MARC Batch import" queue view

Hello,

At my library the catalogers had always wanted to know the bib number,
aka Database ID, assigned to newly imported bib records through the
MARC Batch import/export" (aka Vandelay) interface. That way they
could immediately grab the bib for editing by using the "Retrieve
title via Database ID" menu option using the newly displayed bib
number.

I mentioned this desire on IRC and Bill Erickson realized that it only
required a very tiny two line code change to the file "queue.tt2,"
that can be easily added to most Evergreen systems.

This change should make it to EG 2.7 at the latest, but you can help
lobby for it to appear in older versions such as 2.6 and 2.5, by
making you desire known at the Launchpad page dedicated to this "bug":

Alternatively you can have your local system administrator look at the
details of the two tiny changes that have to be made to the file
"queue.tt2" from this working Git repo commit...
