[Evergreen-catalogers] 008 field Time and Tech stripped from fixed field grid on record import

As far as I can tell, this is not happening to records in the PINES 
database. We use the Z39.50 interface to bring records in from OCLC’s 
WorldCat individually. Are you batchloading?

FWIW, here's an example of a problem 008 -  "150126p20152014cau123 
vleng d" The "123" is the running time, and "l" (within "vleng") is the 
Tech.



This effects ALL of our videorecording records.
