[Evergreen-catalogers] Acquisitions Bug of the Month - January

The Acquisitions Interest Group decided at the Evergreen Conference in April 2016 to try a new form of member engagement.  Rather than holding quarterly meetings on irc each month an acquisitions bug will be featured in an email to this list.  This will bring more exposure to some of the acquisitions bugs that have a large impact on acquisitions libraries and their workflows and allow acquisitions staff to engage as time permits, rather than at a specified time.

Get involved by testing your system for the bug, indicating on Launchpad if you?re affected by the bug, and commenting on Launchpad or through the list if you have further information about the bug or suggestions about what you?d like to see in a fix.

ACQ: Claim Vouchers Do Not Appear and Cause Problems with Profiles

*Description* In Acquisitions claim vouchers appear inconsistently when 
claiming an item manually through a purchase order. When using the 
Claim-Ready interface no claim vouchers are generated for printing. When 
you view your claims on a line item and click "Show Voucher" nothing 
happens either. However, when you exit Evergreen and then attempt to log 
back into the profile you were using when claiming you get the message 
“Evergreen cannot use the profile ‘PROFILE NAME HERE’ because it is in 
use. To continue, close the running instance of Evergreen or choose a 
different profile.” Using a different profile does work but you cannot 
log back into the profile you were using when claiming until you have 
restarted your computer or otherwise killed the running instance.
