Dear Erlanda,

I'm glad that was helpful!  Yes, importing that many bib records and
authority records tends to cause problems in the client [1], so you
might consider three options for adding all those bibliographic and
authority records to your system:

1) Using the Marc Stream Importer script:

2) Using the marc2are.pl and parallel_pg_loader.pl scripts (and
marc2bre.pl for your bibliographic records):
http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/reorg/3.0/command_line_admin/_importing_authority_records_from_command_line.html
3) Splitting your records into smaller files [2] and uploading each
file into its own queue in the client Batch Import/Export interface

Perhaps somebody who knows more about options #1 and #2 can share some
more details or documentation.

Once all those records are in Evergreen, you can use this script to
link the authority records to each other:
authority_authority_linker.pl

You can then link the bib records to authority records using this
script: authority_control_fields.pl
