Hi Darlene,

You may get rid of the extra page by coordinating the paper size on  
the print prompt and the label size on Evergreen Label settings. If  
the label exceeds one page of the paper, it takes a second page,  
though there may not be content on it.

Sorry, I do not have ready-for-use settings.
