[Evergreen-catalogers] Cataloguing training material for 3.0 Evergreen Web Client

When I was a Windows user, I loved using Jing. It was free and also very
easy to use. They also have a version for Macs.
These days, I'm using a Chrome plugin called Screencastify. It does the
job, but I would still go with Jing if I had the choice.
