[Evergreen-catalogers] Format filter for 4k Ultra HD videos

We are currently using a local field to code MP3 CDs for which we have a
unique format icon.  We do not have a specific search filter for this
format.

We are yet coding Ultra HD format.  We may do this as a local field or use
the 347 field.  So far, we do not have a lot of items in this format in our
catalog.
