[Evergreen-catalogers] Dymo spine label printing with Web 3.1.13

Hi Mary,

There was a bug in that version which has subsequently been fixed. As I
recall, before we upgraded we were sometimes able to resolve the extra
label issue by having the browser print at 97% (in the browser's print
dialog options).
