[Evergreen-catalogers] Dymo spine label printing with Web 3.1.13

#1 get rid of Hatch. You don't need it and it causes problems. It is
becomes the undead Hatch, though and you have to track down ever single
place it might have a hold.

What may be happening is that margin on the label (the page) is bleeding
over into the next label, creating the blank label/page. Terran mentioned
two ways we solved it: having the browser print settings at 97% and using
HTML/CSS to temporarily make the borders of all the elements visible to see
where the issue was.

Once we displayed the line around the labels, we inserted this line into
the CSS for Label Template in Print Labels:

*  {{settings['webstaff.cat.label.inline_css']||''}}*

*    .print+.print {*

*        page-break-before: always;*

*    }*

to keep the second page from creating. When we were satisfied that the
second page was not being created, we removed the code to create visible
lines.

It was fixed with the sheet printing development, I think. I have searched
for the ticket and cannot find it.

Since it is fixed, we don't include it in the instructions, but our spine
and pocket printing instructions are at:
