[Evergreen-catalogers] Dymo spine label printing with Web 3.1.13

I'm not sure if there was ever an individual bug report entered for it
because by the time we noticed it, we were already working on testing the
upgrades for sheet printing, which changes a lot of the template code. This
is the code for the spine label sheet printing:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1787479

If someone wants to send me (off-list) a login for a 3.1 test server that
just has Concerto data on it, I'd be happy to log in and fiddle with the
template to see if I can remember what the problem was. (The community demo
server for 3.1 doesn't appear to be online right now.)
