[Evergreen-catalogers] Item templates

PINES cats are using holdings templates successfully. Most did have to be
recreated in the web client. Also be careful about using default values in
templates --- if your item circs, no need to set the yes button, for
example. We find that templates with many attributes set to the default
values fail over time.
