[Evergreen-catalogers] [External] Z39.50 Targets

Grand Rapids Public Library uses these Z39.50 sources:

Library of Congress, MeLCat, Milwaukee, OCLC, and Ohiolink.

We used to have some others on our Z39.50 page, but we didn't get 
results from them, so we dropped them.
