[Evergreen-catalogers] Deleting record buckets in web client

Hi Mary,

Deleting record buckets in the web client 3.0.13 is working for me but it
was very slow. The first three buckets I deleted just sat there until I
opened another bucket.  When I closed that bucket without deleting it, I
got an "empty bucket" screen.  Looking at my list of buckets all the ones I
deleted were gone. The last one I just did deleted right away.
