[Evergreen-catalogers] Records Management Question

Hello, everyone:

I was wondering how many Virginia libraries that use evergreen have a Records Management plan in place at their library and, if you do, how have you dealt with patron records.  Specifically, do you consider the Evergreen patron record as the original record or the form patrons fill out when they get a card?
