[Evergreen-catalogers] MARC Editor spellcheck suggestion

Wouldn't this be because in the example using $b instead of subfield $c?
It's looking at the "/ $bBy C.A. Fletcher" as a subtitle instead of the
title and for the notice is probably pulling the 100 author field to
complete the required information.
