[Evergreen-catalogers] Cursor jump when editing MARC record

I wonder if it's similar to this bug
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1771347>, Chris. When deleting a
field, it has to do with WHEN you're editing a record. If it's after
merging, importing, or overlaying a record, the cursor has the actions
you'd expect. But if you just click on a bib from a search result, then the
cursor activity is different.
